The children you provide care for can benefit from a regular daily routine of structured exercise when using Teddy Time Fitness

Exercise with all the jungle animals

Teddy Time Fitness can be linked into many of the different goals outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • The EYFS sets standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old.
  • All Ofsted-registered early years providers must follow the EYFS, including childminders, preschools, nurseries and school reception classes.

Furthermore by using Teddy Time Fitness within your structured day, you will also be supporting the Government Guidelines to help improve children’s health and wellbeing and reduce the growing trend of sedentary behaviour and unhealthy lifestyles.
